Painterland Sisters is a woman-owned, family-owned and farmer-owned organic lactose-free skyr yogurt brand. Their mission is to connect consumers with the direct source of their food while restoring the health of the land, communities, and people through the use of organic regenerative agriculture practices. With their simply yummy and nutrient-dense yogurt sourced from their organic family farm and others like it in the area, Painterland Sisters is dedicated to supporting American farmers and providing consumers with a wholesome and delicious product.

Little Sesame

Ronen and Nick met as fine dining cooks in some of the best restaurants in New York City over a decade ago. They became fast friends because they shared the same values; make delicious food and have fun doing it.

Little Sesame was born to do both, and let people in on the fun. We’ve traveled the country in our vintage VW cooking for friends, meeting farmers, and teaching kids (always with hummus in tow). We’re just getting started, and can’t wait to see where the road takes us.

De La Calle’s Tepache is the only beverage made from fermented pineapple! Tepache has a rich history in Mexico, where over a thousand of versions exist. De La Calle’s Tepache is made with fresh organic ingredients as well as spices and aromatics found throughout Mexico. De La Calle’s co-founder, Rafael Martin Del Campo, crafts each Tepache recipe by drawing inspiration from his Abuela and childhood in Mexico. We promise you – our Tepache is delicious and unlike anything you’ve ever tasted!

NewCity Microcreamery

At New City, we are committed to using only the freshest ingredients while supporting local businesses. Our ice cream features farm-fresh dairy from Mapleline Farms in Hadley, MA, blended with top-quality, fresh ingredients. We utilize an innovative liquid nitrogen process to freeze our cream. After steeping our scratch ice cream base for 24 hours, we introduce liquid nitrogen at a chilling -300 degrees, aerating the cream for a light and airy texture. This extreme cold creates smaller ice crystals, resulting in the luxuriously smooth texture that makes New City ice cream truly exceptional.

Ozuké

Founders Mara King and Willow King combined the passion of a world traveling chef and a marketing maven to create vital, naturally fermented, probiotic rich products. Acquired in 2018 by a father and daughter team, Ozuké is still produced in sunny Colorado on the Western Slope where much of the seasonal organic produce is being grown. Ozuké is so happy to be sourcing as much as they can close to home and be sharing their delicious ferments with foodies around the country.
